Cadillac Fairview, Maple Leaf Foods and Rogers Communications were among the winners of this year’s Canada’s Most Admired Corporate Cultures.

The three companies won in the Enterprise category handed out by Waterstone Human Capital, along with Bison Transport, CWB National Leasing, the Oppenheimer Group, Paladin Security Group, Purolator, Reliance Home Comfort and Revera.

Anthony Longo, president and CEO of the Longo Brothers Fruit Markets, was also named Canada’s Most Admired CEO of 2019 under the Enterprise category.

Waterstone recognizes organizations and CEOs in the categories of Growth, Mid-Market, Enterprise and the Broader Public Sector. This year, Waterstone also introduced an Industry Leaders category to the Canada’s Most Admired Corporate Cultures program. Cannabis product developer Canopy Growth won that award.

"This year's most admired award winners each demonstrate a commitment to culture as competitive advantage. They set a truly admirable example of how cultivating and sustaining great cultures can ultimately drive growth and performance," says Marty Parker, president and CEO of Waterstone and chair of Canada's Most Admired Corporate Cultures.
